I'm old enough to remember when a hipster was a straight who took his culture tips from junkies

appreciate this actual nuanced and tapped in analysis. many pieces about this have been written by people who just discovered The Dare six months ago, nobody understands that even the tweetronica stuff has probably already peaked in popularity and coolness.

additionally, as a younger person, it's hilarious to see people the generation before me begin to complain about my generations music. makes me happy to see people are still pissing off old people, and these 35 year old hipster geezers don't realize how old they've gotten already.

You dogged on all the obvious artists that had psyop campaigns but curious thoughts sincere artists that are still chic such as ML Buch, Kassie Krut, YHWH Nailgun, Orchid Tapes, Klein, Bod — or is everything just bad now.

like ML buch, orchid tapes is waaay before this time (like turn of 2010s), yhwh pretty fine, klein is one of our best living musicians
